Déroulement de la journée :
10h00 à 12h00 : spécifique combat ,Laurent Demaret( apporter son matériel de combat.)
12h00 à 12h45 : Pause
12h45 à 14h45 : technique de jambes, kibbons (Patrick Lambert)
14h45 à 15h00 : Pause
15h00 à 17h00 : Poomsée, technique bâton, Couteaux et clé (Alain Jacky Decamps )apporter son bâton et couteaux
